About the role

  • You support product certifications for drinking water systems and components.
  • You ensure the currency of approvals and monitor global changes to standards and regulations.
  • As the central contact for standards and requirements, you act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for communicating any changes.
  • You support certification-relevant products in new projects.
  • You coordinate certification activities across a network of internal departments and external partners (suppliers, customers, testing institutes, certification bodies).
  • Building and maintaining a personal network with external partners, including on-site visits, completes your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • You are a technician/engineer or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have initial professional experience in product testing, ideally in the testing of fittings/valves.
  • Knowledge of testing related to drinking water hygiene (e.g., UBA, DVGW, WRAS, NSF) is desirable.
  • You have a good understanding of the application and use of applicable standards and directives as well as product compliance.
  • You present yourself confidently and customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
  • You show initiative and bring strong implementation skills and an action-oriented approach.
  • Your working style is careful, structured and solution-focused.
  • You have fluent written and spoken English.
