About the role

  • SAP application programming, debugging, configuration, and independent analysis of business requirements in SAP TM, ERP (S/4HANA and R/3), and related systems
  • Ensuring stable production operations
  • Actively participating in the implementation of a transport management system with a focus on optimization, standardization, and digitization of logistics processes
  • Leading and supporting process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Designing and implementing standardized transport management processes as part of Lixil's global SAP S/4HANA rollout
  • Collaborating with various internal departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of processes within SAP TM
  • Acting as the liaison between business units and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for Lixil
  • Providing application consulting, support, and training for key users, including planning and running workshops
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff and mid-level colleagues through structured guidance and coaching
  • Actively participating in project planning, scoping, and design activities; representing IT in business-related discussions

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Several years of practical experience in the field, preferably in SAP Transport Management
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives such as large-scale projects and deliver results
  • Knowledge of process improvement, problem solving, and technical innovation
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Competence in actively supporting and coaching others, and in promoting team development and knowledge sharing
