About the role

  • You oversee product lifecycle management for our kitchen products and water systems in the DACH region.
  • You design product launches and launch plans and support launch activations in close collaboration with Activation Managers, Sales and Headquarters.
  • You ensure new products are market-ready and adapted to local specifics and needs.
  • You analyze sales performance and derive recommendations to close gaps or capitalize on opportunities for profitable category growth.
  • Based on your deep understanding of market, customer, channel and consumer needs, you produce market analyses to identify "white spots" (untapped opportunities).
  • As an expert and sparring partner for your product categories, you support colleagues from other departments across the region with questions related to our kitchen products and water systems.
  • You develop business cases to initiate new projects and implement plans to close portfolio gaps.

Requirements

  • A completed university degree in business administration (or a related field) forms your foundation.
  • You bring at least one year of professional experience in product management for physical branded products. Knowledge of the sanitary/plumbing industry and/or the kitchen channel is a plus.
  • You are analytically strong and able to derive actionable business insights from large quantitative and qualitative datasets.
  • You communicate and present concisely and effectively — both in German and in English.
  • You think beyond the obvious, challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions.
  • A structured, organized and flexible working style comes naturally to you.
  • You are highly organized: you reliably work on multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities and keep an overview even under tight deadlines.
  • As a communicative team player, you work effectively with diverse departments (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance, HQ).
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems completes your profile.
Benefits
  • Competitive, above-standard compensation.
  • Flexible working-time model.
  • Health management (Hansefit, health app with cashback, etc.).
  • Access to a wide range of employee offers (discounts on travel, media, fashion, mobile phones, etc.).
  • Diversity & Inclusion: we provide equal opportunities to all and support individual development.
  • A highly motivated and appreciative team — we foster trust, honesty and enjoyment at work.
  • Our company canteen contributes to your wellbeing.
