About the role

  • Design, organize and deliver various technical trainings for employees and customers.
  • Develop and monitor GROHE France's training plan.
  • Coordinate training activities related to the GROHE+ program.
  • Track training objectives and contribute to achieving them.
  • Liaise with the group's training department.

Requirements

  • Experience in sanitary installations (plumbing systems).
  • Knowledge of and/or practical experience in developing and delivering a training plan.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a similar role.
  • Good general IT skills and experience with a CRM.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
