About the role
- Design, organize and deliver various technical trainings for employees and customers.
- Develop and monitor GROHE France's training plan.
- Coordinate training activities related to the GROHE+ program.
- Track training objectives and contribute to achieving them.
- Liaise with the group's training department.
Requirements
- Experience in sanitary installations (plumbing systems).
- Knowledge of and/or practical experience in developing and delivering a training plan.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a similar role.
- Good general IT skills and experience with a CRM.
- Ability to communicate in English.
