About the role
- The CRM Operations Specialist supports the inside sales team of Loan Officers by managing tools, systems, and processes to optimize efficiency and maximize lead conversion.
- Distribute leads efficiently within HubSpot.
- Assign unclaimed mortgage applications from the POS system.
- Manage and optimize online review platforms and SLO profiles.
- Oversee appointment booking software configurations for SLOs.
- Administer outbound call systems and phone number distributions.
- Maintain and support the omnichannel communication system.
- Ensure accurate representation through caller ID branding software.
- Coordinate with third-party lead vendors to ensure quality and delivery.
- Configure and maintain custom contact views in HubSpot for SLOs.
- Produce weekly HubSpot reports, detailing lead conversion by source, lead status, and lifecycle stage. Share actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot proficiency is required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize sales tools and systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
