Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of up to two Technical Project Managers
Drive internal teams to onboard customers on schedule
Manage stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time
Communicate with internal and external executives regarding project status
Own customer communications to ensure expectations are managed

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of software product/ project/ client management experience
Experience working on large, complex technology integration projects
Strong project manager with experience in a fast-paced, tech environment
Ability to work across time zones and with offshore teams
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred
