About the role

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform
  • Evolve the Kubernetes stack and implement GitOps workflows
  • Design and operate observability solutions (monitoring, logging, tracing)
  • Actively participate in system analysis and derive improvements
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
  • GitOps (FluxCD)
  • Kubernetes, OpenStack
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., Mimir, Loki, Grafana, Tempo)
  • Ability to work in security-sensitive environments
  • Strong communicator and willing to share knowledge
  • Fluent English; German is not required
