About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and scale backend systems.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Write high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Enhance system performance and reliability through efficient architecture and code optimization.
  • Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Identify and address technical debt, code vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of backend development experience, with a focus on fintech or financial services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages primarily Go.
  • Strong grasp of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS is a plus).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
