About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the design and production of print and digital collateral—including presentations, brochures, event materials, and signage—within established brand guidelines
- Assisting with UX/UI work across web and digital platforms, including layout updates, landing pages, and wireframes
- Helping create and maintain on-brand email campaigns and templates
- Supporting event production from a design standpoint—signage, name tags, printed and digital collateral, and on-site materials
- Organizing and maintaining the shared design asset library and file structure
- Collaborating with marketing, events, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Managing assigned projects with attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field—or a compelling portfolio that demonstrates equivalent skills
- 0–2 years of professional or internship design experience
- A portfolio showing strong fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and composition across print and/or digital work
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and operate within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas
- Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to take feedback and grow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
