About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the design and production of print and digital collateral—including presentations, brochures, event materials, and signage—within established brand guidelines
Assisting with UX/UI work across web and digital platforms, including layout updates, landing pages, and wireframes
Helping create and maintain on-brand email campaigns and templates
Supporting event production from a design standpoint—signage, name tags, printed and digital collateral, and on-site materials
Organizing and maintaining the shared design asset library and file structure
Collaborating with marketing, events, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life
Managing assigned projects with attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field—or a compelling portfolio that demonstrates equivalent skills
0–2 years of professional or internship design experience
A portfolio showing strong fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and composition across print and/or digital work
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Willingness to learn and operate within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas
Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to take feedback and grow
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
