About the role
- Assist in day-to-day marketing and event operations by collaborating with the Events Manager on the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding event planning, logistics, and requirements to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify potential event-related issues proactively and implement solutions to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create fun, engaging internal events to support our unique culture.
- Manage and maintain data within Dynamics CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of events to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the evaluation, coordination, and management of strategic partnership opportunities that align with marketing and business objectives by collaborating with the broader marketing team.
- Coordinate internal review of event-related and marketing presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or Business or related experience
- 0–2 years in event planning, hospitality, marketing, admin, or project coordination
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and attendee experience
- Professional, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
