About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform inspections for several of our verticals (Residential, Commercial, Phase, Investor, Engineering Assistant, Mold, Environmental, etc.).
Build relational business with clients by telephone, email, or in-person at inspections.
Writing reports that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
Must be available to work five or six days a week.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently hold a valid TREC Home Inspector License.
Minimum of two years construction or a related field experience preferred.
Must have Valid Drivers License.
