About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack product increments (front end, back end, and data)
Own UI/UX from brief to delivery - including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Experiment with and integrate AI/ML models (including LLMs)
Analyse datasets, perform model and feature validation
Work closely with the AI Analyst, Head of Technology, and wider teams to define requirements
Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment workflows

What you’ll need

Applicants must hold a valid UAE Dependents Visa or Golden Visa
Experience building web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern front-end framework (e.g. React or Next.js) and a back-end/runtime (e.g. Node.js or Python)
Proven Figma experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience using Figma to design complete user interfaces
Practical exposure to Python for data or machine learning
Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Confidence working with APIs, JSON, and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
