Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active New York State License (Required).
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning. Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
