About the role
- You support large companies across various industries, from DAX-listed corporations to family-run SMEs.
- In international transformation projects you help shape the future of tax departments and act as a bridge between the Tax business units and IT.
- You analyze client requirements, design and implement IT solutions using state-of-the-art technologies such as ABAP 7.4+, Cloud ABAP, RAP, HANA, and SAPUI5.
- You develop and implement solutions in the context of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or the integration of non-SAP solutions.
- You take into account both business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- You analyze and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA implementation, integration, and performance (including SAP customizing and debugging).
- You adapt SAP modules to meet specific business needs and optimize business processes.
- You provide consultancy on system architecture, solution design, and SAP best practices.
Requirements
- Ideally, you hold a university degree—preferably in (business) informatics/computer science—or possess equivalent qualifications.
- You have several years of professional and project experience as an SAP developer or architect.
- You have knowledge of one or more SAP technologies such as BTP, ABAP, Fiori, and S/4HANA.
- In development, you can demonstrate technical expertise in SAP ABAP, JavaScript, etc.
- You have excellent German skills (C1) both spoken and written.
- You communicate confidently in English (B2) and enjoy working with people from diverse cultures.
- You drive topics forward, are dependable, and hold yourself to a high standard of quality in your work.
- You mostly work remotely and are willing to travel on average 3–5 days per month.
