About the role
- Develop ideas, titles, and descriptions for videos
- Coordinate video editing, visuals, and posting
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
- Manage scheduling and posting on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Distribute and manage posts across Reddit, Substack, LinkedIn articles, and X articles
- Identify and flag potential leads from X and Reddit
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Engage through comments and DMs
- Create content based on sales calls and client conversations
- Assist in creating lead magnets and supporting materials
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Process payroll
- Manage email drips and automations
- Learn the systems and structure of FounderBrands to support operations
- Analyze content performance to determine what drives engagement and leads
- Research competitors to understand offers, positioning, and growth systems
- Process payroll and assist with administrative operations
- Research and book hotels, Airbnbs, flights, golf courses, and restaurants for both business and personal travel
Requirements
- Significant video editing experience
- Fluent English speaker with minimal accent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, IG)
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
