Do you want to actively shape the energy transition and take on responsibility?
As a Strategy Manager, you help determine our strategic direction, prioritize goals and drive company-wide implementation
You are the link between the market, strategy and operational teams, ensuring ideas become real decisions and measurable progress
Further development of our corporate strategy in the area of large-scale battery storage and flexibility markets — with a focus on business model analysis
Market positioning and market developments
Translating strategic objectives into clear priorities for the teams
Supporting internal communication on strategic topics and moderating cross-functional strategy meetings
Preparing structured decision materials, analyses and management presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Working closely with different departments to embed market and strategy perspectives across the company, create focus and support implementation
Regular on-site presence at our headquarters in Kempten

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience (4–5 years) in strategy, strategic corporate development, Strategic Operations or comparable roles in the energy sector
Experience translating strategic objectives into operational priorities
Excellent ability to structure complex strategic content clearly and prepare concise, audience-appropriate presentations and decision documents
Strong communication skills to convey strategic content clearly, highlight operational implications and effectively moderate cross-functional discussions
Independent, solution-oriented working style and a willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic, growing environment
Passion for renewable energy and interest in new business models
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
