About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administration and setup of new employees, termination, and redundancy calculations and payments
Import of employee master data from SuccessFactors into PayGlobal
Manual data entry into PayGlobal for supporting materials and information to generate pays
Run and support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate payments
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, including Finance, as well as external partners, auditors, and industry contacts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sound payroll experience of 3 years or more
Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements and Australian legislation in paying employees
Manual processing experience
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, preferably PayGlobal
High School Certificate required
Completed accreditation in payroll (desirable)
