Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
Strong interest in project management
Solid data skills: descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis, indicator construction, dataset manipulation, and data visualization
Proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong programming fundamentals (R, Python, VBA, etc.)
Passionate about HR topics: future of work, employee experience, quality of work life, company culture, CSR, and organizational performance
Professional-level English, written and spoken
