About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for planning, managing and successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, including budget, schedule and resource management
Leading large international projects as overall project lead, rollout manager or IT coordinator
Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary and international project teams
Effective stakeholder management at corporate/group level
Applying the SAP Activate methodology and executing all project phases
Conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops as well as testing and migration activities up to go‑live
Ensuring project quality, managing risks and complying with defined standards
Resolving technical and process-related challenges
Developing and improving project management processes and standards within the SAP environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of relevant professional experience in project and team leadership
Proven expertise in SAP, particularly in S/4HANA transformations and common project methodologies such as SAP Activate
Strong technical skills, preferably from SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, integration scenarios) or a technical IT environment
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to take unconventional approaches
Enjoyment of transformational projects and appreciation of individual autonomy in work design
