About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Writing documentation for end user guides, operations manuals, and tutorials
- Collaborating on and contributing to Hume Academy - Hume training program
- Ensuring that Hume documentation is up to date with release cycles
- Working with other technical writers on collaborative documentation improvements according to the product roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer in software development
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Docs as Code and Git
- Ability to learn and document new technologies
- Knowledge of Markdown, AsciiDoc or previous experience with Antora Docs (and Algolia search) is a plus
- Experience with API documentation
- Experience in working at the cross-section of engineering, product and DevOps, creating technical documentation for a fast growing B2B software solution
- Knowledge of graph database concepts
- Knowledge of Cypher and Neo4j
