About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Writing documentation for end user guides, operations manuals, and tutorials
Collaborating on and contributing to Hume Academy - Hume training program
Ensuring that Hume documentation is up to date with release cycles
Working with other technical writers on collaborative documentation improvements according to the product roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer in software development
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Knowledge of Docs as Code and Git
Ability to learn and document new technologies
Knowledge of Markdown, AsciiDoc or previous experience with Antora Docs (and Algolia search) is a plus
Experience with API documentation
Experience in working at the cross-section of engineering, product and DevOps, creating technical documentation for a fast growing B2B software solution
Knowledge of graph database concepts
Knowledge of Cypher and Neo4j
