About the role
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and projects.
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
- Translate high-level goals into clear project plans and timelines.
- Drive accountability across teams by setting deadlines.
- Plan and execute events handling logistics and budgets.
- Manage marketing operations tools ensuring projects are well-documented.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency.
- Track progress and share status updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PMO, event management, marketing or creative operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
- Ability to speak the language of designers and copywriters.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
- Confidence in stakeholder management and setting expectations.
- A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
- Clear and concise communication skills in English; German or French are a plus.
