IT Audit Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and execute IT audit programs for assigned clients;
- Participate in IT audit engagements of low to medium complexity according to established budgets and timelines;
- Assess the programmed controls of clients' financial applications;
- Evaluate the IT security of systems and underlying technology environments;
- Assess website security and related controls;
- Perform diagnostic assessments and provide recommendations;
- Prepare and contribute to the drafting of IT audit reports;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the department's tools and methodologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (IT management, accounting, or related);
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT audit, information security, or accounting;
- CPA or CISA designation (an asset);
- Ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent command of French;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and specialized IT audit tools;
- Writing skills and a commitment to quality customer service.
