Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 3 years of senior-level experience in nonprofit leadership, community development, housing, asset building, or related social impact fields
  • Proven success in driving strategy development for mission-driven organizations
  • Track record in leadership development, team-building, and facilitation
  • Experience working in complex institutional settings with multiple priorities and decision-makers
  • Proficiency in data-driven strategies, decision-making, budget management, and resource allocation
  • Strong project management, delegation, and partner-building skills
  • Expertise in refining data into actionable communication strategies
  • Commitment to working intentionally on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local government, nonprofit and public health systems
