About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reach out to new and prospective online students by implementing a phone campaign strategy that includes 100+ dials and 3+ hours of talk time per day
Responsible for introducing new students to the online classroom environment
Keeping detailed and accurate records of student information while maintaining confidentiality
Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students over the phone, via email, or text
Communicate program requirements, transfer credits, payment options, time commitment, technology requirements, and student support services
Meet performance goals and generate referral activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred in marketing, education or business administration) OR 2 years’ related experience with at least 60 college credits completed
No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report
Outstanding time management skills
Clear communication skills
Self-motivation and drive to succeed
High emotional intelligence
Ability to demonstrate empathy
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant industry related professional experience (bonus points)
Experience working with CRM tools (bonus points)
Prior call center experience (bonus points)
