Optimize equipment, materials, and workforce to meet production and quality targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical vocational qualification or equivalent manufacturing education.
At least 5 years of professional experience in precision manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with specialized production or material-application processes on high-precision components, especially SuperLumiNova.
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, process control, and production quality.
Experience coordinating production priorities, resources, tooling, and materials.
Experience supervising or technically leading production employees.
Strong practical troubleshooting and process-improvement capabilities.
Fluent French.
Fluent English at B2 level is required.
