What you’ll need

JD from an accredited law school, or an LLM with highly relevant experience.
At least 8 years of experience in private equity, investment funds, M&A, asset management, or related transactional law.
Strong experience drafting and reviewing complex commercial and investment agreements.
Working knowledge of fund documents, including LPAs and side letters.
Experience with at least two of the following: banking and finance, SaaS and technology contracts, data privacy, or corporate transactions
Experience advising private equity funds, asset managers, institutional investors, or portfolio companies.
