What you’ll need

Qualification as a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney or lawyer.
Professional experience drafting or negotiating commercial contracts.
Experience with Master Services Agreements.
Experience with at least two of the following: lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, or commercial licensing.
Ability to create or adapt legal documents for realistic business transactions.
Strong command of contractual language, structure, and legal terminology.
Knowledge of current commercial contracting standards and common risk provisions
