Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring **application support**
Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with **SLA commitments**
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and system incidents
Perform **remote troubleshooting** and technical interventions
Implement corrective actions and temporary workarounds when needed
Collaborate with development and technical teams on complex issues
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Coordinate on-site interventions when remote support is insufficient
Perform preventive maintenance and system audits at customer locations
Contribute to improving technical documentation and knowledge bases

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in **application support**, software maintenance, or technical support roles
Strong knowledge of **SQL** and relational databases
Experience with **C#**, **C++**, or object-oriented programming environments
Experience troubleshooting software applications in production environments
Understanding of Windows-based application ecosystems
Ability to analyze incidents and identify root causes
Fluent French (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
