About the role

  • Maintain clear visibility into cash position, runway, and burn
  • Track and control key costs, with a focus on marketing spend and server/infrastructure expenses
  • Support budgeting and simple budget vs. actuals tracking
  • Prepare monthly managerial finance reports
  • Own core accounting operations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Collect and organize invoices, receipts, and expense documentation
  • Support payments, reimbursements, and payroll inputs, including multi-country setups
  • Coordinate with external accountants on monthly close, tax filings, and audits
  • Assist with financial inputs for fundraising and investor updates as needed
  • Keep finance processes and documentation clean, simple, and improving over time

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in finance, or a Big 4 background with strong hands-on skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
  • Comfortable working directly with raw financial data
  • Exposure to multi-country entities, payments, or payroll is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Practical, execution-focused mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
