Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with at least one programming language; Go is used, with Python, C, C++, Rust, or similar experience translating well
Experience leading and delivering projects from requirements gathering through customer-facing product release
Experience developing cloud software or systems engineering experience
Experience with on-call work and the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, performant, maintainable software
Familiarity with observability systems and using metrics, logs, and traces for debugging
Comfort with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience and comfort developing with LLMs such as Claude and Codex
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fully remote setup
Experience with Kubernetes preferred as a bonus
Experience with queue systems, such as the Kafka protocol, preferred as a bonus
Grafana and Prometheus operational experience preferred as a bonus
Familiarity with infrastructure as code preferred as a bonus
