About the role
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute virtual and in-person events
- Support event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support as needed
- Track event metrics and provide post-event analysis to evaluate success and improvements
- Maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications
- Conduct quality checks on event assets to ensure brand consistency and error-free execution
- Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues before and during events
- Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with business goals
- Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning workflows while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
- Manage and execute account-based marketing initiatives and localize marketing materials
- Use marketing analytics tools to gather data and generate campaign performance reports
Requirements
- Located in UK or Netherlands
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of event marketing experience
- Willingness to travel by plane (~40%)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
- Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies, including AI
- Proficiency in Zuddl, Salesforce, Splash, Monday.com a plus
