About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
Use your deep product expertise to make decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering

Requirements

What you’ll need

A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in Product Management
5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Bonus Points: Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies.
Bonus Points: Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers.
Bonus Points: Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms.
Bonus Points: Experience with AI tools.
