Director of School Success – Central Region
GradGuard - College Life ProtectedDirector of School Success managing university partnerships for GradGuard's insurance products. Driving revenue growth and product adoption in higher education markets with a strategic approach.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to expand GradGuard’s full suite of products and services across different campus departments.
- Ensure school partners implement GradGuard’s products effectively, helping execute integrated marketing campaigns that support our embedded insurance model.
- Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders at partner institutions, positioning GradGuard as an essential component of their student success strategies.
- Design and implement innovative strategies within your portfolio to maximize financial impact, focusing on retention and expansion revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to advocate for your partners' needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-5+ years in B2B account management, customer success, higher education partnerships, or strategic partnerships, with a track record of revenue retention and growth.
- Prior experience in the higher education market, EdTech, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, identify key decision-makers, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Comfortable using modern sales and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred).
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
