About the role
- Loading and feeding machines across all machine groups
- Placing parts into fixtures and, if required, clamping them
- Initiating the automatic processing
- Processing parts and components according to clear instructions using simple-to-handle tools and processing techniques
- Reporting malfunctions
- Stopping machine operation in defined situations
- Performing repetitive inspections on different workpieces according to clear inspection instructions using specified inspection equipment
- Setting up inspection equipment and performing dimensional checks and measurements according to procedures
- Evaluating inspection results according to specifications (reporting deviations according to predefined procedures)
- Providing cover during colleagues' breaks
- Taking on mentorship responsibilities
- Observing and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace
