About the role

  • Creation of CNC programs for series production of complex components with demanding geometries on SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D controls
  • Commissioning, continuous optimization and maintenance of existing CNC programs on modern CNC machining centers
  • Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes with a focus on meeting qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Analysis of quality deviations and independent troubleshooting of production disruptions in serial manufacturing

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., as a CNC machinist / machining mechanic), preferably with further qualification as an Industrial Foreman (metal) or a Mechanical Engineering Technician
  • Solid knowledge of machining and programming CNC milling machines (preferably SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D)
  • Reliability, flexibility and a high level of concentration
  • Ability to work under pressure and to quickly grasp complex interrelationships
