About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage high-quality commercial and residential properties within our German portfolio
  • Build and lead a property management team
  • Commission and oversee on-site service providers
  • Manage lease agreements, including monitoring and enforcing contractual rights and obligations and implementing amendments
  • Prepare service charge reconciliations (utility/operating cost statements), including cost monitoring and optimization
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports
  • Independently execute rent adjustments
  • Handle receivables and deadline management autonomously
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, authorities, and service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed a commercial or real estate-specific vocational qualification
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience as a property manager; experience in the condominium owners' association (WEG) sector is desirable
  • You are familiar with common Office applications; practical experience with ReLion or Immoware24 is a plus
  • You act in an entrepreneurial and self-reliant manner
  • You work in a structured way within your area of responsibility
  • You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills
  • You are a team player and act reliably
  • You have accounting knowledge and a very good numerical understanding
