Property Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage high-quality commercial and residential properties within our German portfolio
- Build and lead a property management team
- Commission and oversee on-site service providers
- Manage lease agreements, including monitoring and enforcing contractual rights and obligations and implementing amendments
- Prepare service charge reconciliations (utility/operating cost statements), including cost monitoring and optimization
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports
- Independently execute rent adjustments
- Handle receivables and deadline management autonomously
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, authorities, and service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed a commercial or real estate-specific vocational qualification
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience as a property manager; experience in the condominium owners' association (WEG) sector is desirable
- You are familiar with common Office applications; practical experience with ReLion or Immoware24 is a plus
- You act in an entrepreneurial and self-reliant manner
- You work in a structured way within your area of responsibility
- You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills
- You are a team player and act reliably
- You have accounting knowledge and a very good numerical understanding
