About the role

  • Contribute to the leading digital infrastructure for Germany's startup support
  • Create project plans, milestones, and resource plans
  • Track progress, budgets, and risks
  • Escalate delays or blockers
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular status meetings (Jour-Fixes), sprint planning, and reviews
  • Act as the interface between project management, the Product Owner, and development teams

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment
  • Understanding of digital technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks and their application in IT projects
  • Proficient with MS Office and ticketing/project-management tools such as Asana
  • Pragmatism, excellent time-management skills, and strong numerical aptitude
  • Ability to collaborate confidently with colleagues across departments, and excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Fluent German and good English
