About the role
- You design, automate and operate scalable, stable infrastructures — from the initial idea through to production.
- You work closely with developers, product owners and IT to continuously improve deployments, processes and platforms.
- You view infrastructure not as an end in itself but as an enabler for fast, secure and reliable software delivery.
- You establish Infrastructure as Code, automate recurring tasks and ensure transparency, security and performance across our systems.
Requirements
- You are a DevOps engineer at heart and enjoy making systems stable, maintainable and reproducible.
- You have several years of experience with Ansible, Terraform and Kubernetes and know when to use each tool effectively.
- You think in terms of automation, workflows and platforms rather than manual one-off steps and have a solid understanding of cloud and container architectures.
- You work in a structured, responsible and solution-oriented way, communicate clearly and are a reliable team member.
- You have German language skills of at least B2 level and value open, direct and respectful collaboration.
