About the role

  • Manage and maintain the Windows system landscape.
  • Support and maintain internally used Windows-based applications.
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments.
  • Provide internal and external 2nd-level support for the systems under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of system and application operations, including Windows-based server and client systems.
  • Scripting skills with Windows Shell, PowerShell, AutoIt and Python.
  • Experience with project-based work and 2nd-level support.
  • German language skills at least at B2 level.
  • Commitment and strong teamwork skills.
