About the role

  • You design, automate and operate scalable, reliable infrastructures — from the initial idea to production.
  • You work closely with developers, product owners and IT to continuously improve deployments, processes and platforms.
  • You establish Infrastructure as Code, automate recurring tasks and ensure transparency, security and performance across our systems.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience with Ansible, Terraform and Kubernetes and know when to use each tool appropriately.
  • You have German language skills at least at B2 level and value open, direct and respectful collaboration.
  • You are a DevOps engineer by conviction and enjoy making systems stable, maintainable and reproducible.
  • You work in a structured, responsible and solution-oriented way, communicate clearly and are a reliable team member.
  • You bring a solid understanding of cloud and container architectures.
  • You think in terms of automation, workflows and platforms rather than manual one-off steps.
