About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take technical and functional responsibility for archiving projects.
Develop and implement archiving concepts.
Perform customizing for data archiving and SAP ILM.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, GoBD, HGB, AO).
Implement SAP ArchiveLink and Information Lifecycle Management.
Integrate DMS and ECM systems.
Define custom archiving objects for GQS products.
Optical archiving of documents (NAST & output management).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of project experience in SAP data archiving and SAP ILM
Confident handling of ArchiveLink and external archiving systems
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, GoBD, HGB, AO)
Basic ABAP skills to analyze archiving processes
Knowledge of storage and database management
