Litigate matters on behalf of the company
Coordinate with and manage outside counsel on active litigation matters
Serve as the primary legal point of contact for internal business teams
Conduct pre-litigation demand responses, early case assessments, and settlement evaluations
Support regulatory inquiries and government investigations
Manage litigation holds, document preservation, and discovery responses
Involvement in the company's garnishment process
Draft and review correspondence and other litigation documents
Maintain and update the litigation and claims tracker
Review and improve standard form agreements based on litigation trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of litigation experience
Juris Doctorate
Active bar membership in good standing
Strong analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience handling both plaintiff-side and defense-side litigation
Familiarity with federal and state rules of civil procedure, e-discovery principles, and subpoena compliance requirements
