About the role
- Responsible for monitoring as well as designing concepts and structuring contracts for electricity procurement for large heat pumps
- Management of flexible electricity consumers on short-term markets
- Electricity procurement for the operation of large heat pumps
- Structured procurement of gas/biomethane for the operation of CHP units (combined heat and power)
- Independent handling of technical issues and preparation of recommended courses of action
- Analysis of new legislation and derivation of corresponding measures
- Provision of energy data for regulatory authorities, energy-compliance reports, and internal corporate reporting
Requirements
- Completed degree in energy economics, energy engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
- Technical and commercial understanding
- Proficient with Office 365 (especially Excel and Word)
- Structured and proactive with a hands-on mentality
