About the role
- Provide technical leadership for the development of the company's proprietary system.
- Serve as a technical reference, guiding best practices, coding standards and architecture.
- Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define the system architecture, technologies, integrations and workflows.
- Develop and review code, ensuring quality, security and performance.
- Support technical planning, prioritization of tasks and problem resolution.
- Ensure the system supports the entire operational lifecycle: proposals, operations, monitoring, documentation, cost tracking and billing.
- Promote continuous improvement and document technical solutions and business rules.
Requirements
- Solid experience in systems development.
- Experience in development projects and technical leadership.
- Experience defining architecture and integrations.
- Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technological solutions.
- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
