About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the global regulatory strategy for a specific portfolio of products globally
Oversee regulatory activities, mentoring, and personnel matters for Regulatory Managers
Collaborate with Global Portfolio Asset Managers, regional registration teams, and other cross-functional groups
Accountable for managing the regulatory project budget for the assigned global portfolio
Drive projects forward and ensure constant communication with key commercial teams
Lead internal and cross-functional training as needed and represent the company with regulatory authorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
Masters or Doctorate in a science or regulatory discipline preferred
Extensive experience (at least 10 years) in regulatory affairs with a strong focus on global regulatory strategy and multi-year planning in the biological pesticide area to include Biopesticides, Bio stimulants and protein technologies.
