About the role

  • Manage the global regulatory strategy for a specific portfolio of products globally
  • Oversee regulatory activities, mentoring, and personnel matters for Regulatory Managers
  • Collaborate with Global Portfolio Asset Managers, regional registration teams, and other cross-functional groups
  • Accountable for managing the regulatory project budget for the assigned global portfolio
  • Drive projects forward and ensure constant communication with key commercial teams
  • Lead internal and cross-functional training as needed and represent the company with regulatory authorities

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
  • Masters or Doctorate in a science or regulatory discipline preferred
  • Extensive experience (at least 10 years) in regulatory affairs with a strong focus on global regulatory strategy and multi-year planning in the biological pesticide area to include Biopesticides, Bio stimulants and protein technologies.
