About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist customers with understanding our products and services, addressing their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting customer interactions and issues.
  • Support the Mobility team with various administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to our products and services, as well as the contracts that bind them.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • French mother tongue (Essential)
  • Fluent in English (Required)
  • Available for 80-100% workload.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Good note-taking skills, and attention to detail when documenting interactions in the CRM system.
  • Previous experience in direct customer contact (Good to have)
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and remain proactive.
  • A positive attitude, energy, and willingness to embrace the start-up atmosphere.
  • Good to Have: Conversational knowledge of French or German (second language)
  • Conversational knowledge of Italian
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of car ownership and enthusiasm for cars is a plus.
