Platform Operations Manager – Support
GovTech DeutschlandOwner of SaaS Operations & ITSM supporting the digital transformation of public administration and healthcare. Responsible for operational management, process optimization, and working with stakeholders for efficient platform operation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, including managing and optimizing operational processes
- Ensure scalability of platform operations through standardization and automation
- Establish and continuously improve support processes and service standards
- Structure and further develop the operations organization
- Coordinate external service providers and internal operations staff
- Monitoring, incident analysis and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in a technical or scientific discipline with above-average academic performance
- Several years of experience in the operational management of digital platforms or SaaS solutions
- Extensive knowledge of IT service processes, ticketing systems and technical operating models
- Strong technical understanding, process orientation and service awareness
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
