Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting in the delivery of services to victims of crime
- Providing secretarial/administrative functions in a fast-paced environment
- Answering the main phone line and preparing correspondence
- Managing databases and front desk coverage
- Preparing statistics and coding invoices for signature
- Booking meetings and distributing mail
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and ordering supplies
Requirements
What you’ll need- One year secretarial or commercial course
- Three years of related secretarial experience
- Proficient in typing and word processing
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of the Justice Enterprise Information Network (JEIN)
- Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset.
