Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years of litigation experience
  • Experience researching and writing legal memoranda
  • Experience drafting complaints, motions, and written discovery
  • Experience responding to discovery, including matters involving e-discovery
  • Experience taking depositions and preparing for trial
  • Experience with commercial litigation, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and fraud
  • Experience with real estate litigation, employment litigation, UCC disputes, and construction litigation
  • Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and produce exceptional work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Confidence and demeanor to assume individual responsibility for matters involving direct client interaction
  • Currently licensed in Illinois
