About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gould & Ratner, LLP, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in working on commercial real estate matters, specifically purchase and sales, financing (both borrower and lender side) and lease is preferred.
  • Strong drafting, writing, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on multiple transactions simultaneously and an interest in developing skills in new areas
  • The ideal candidate has the ability to work as part of a team while also having the confidence and demeanor to assume individual responsibility when appropriate for matters involving direct client interaction.
